post graduate courses, the institutes conduct their exclusive entrance test/interview.

new IIIT Kancheepuram is about to be established which will have almost equal status
like that of DAIICT, Gandhinagar, and LNMIIT, Jaipur. Being on the same league with
IIIT-Hyderabad, this institute will focus on IT education.
