Eligibility:

The minimum eligibility required for the Foundation course for Company Secretary is 10+2 / equivalent.

After Foundation Course students can apply for the Executive programme.

Graduates, post-graduates (excluding Fine arts) and ICWAI or ICAI completed students or any abroad institutes recognized by the Council of the Institute can directly register to the Executive programme without passing the Foundation Examination.

To apply for the Professional Programme, A student must pass the Executive program examination.

Written and oral command on English language is important for company secretary. They must be able to understand, analyze the technical issues. They must be smart and intelligence in handling the situations.
