Hyderabad,Mar 4 From March 15th, it has been announced that all government, private, and aided schools in the state will conduct classes Half Day. Given the increasing intensity of the end-of-year examinations across the state, the government has decided to initiate reduced hours in schools. Starting from March 15th until April 23rd, government, private, and aided schools are instructed to conduct classes with Half Day.

Vijayawada,Dec 14 The schedule for the 10th and Intermediate exams in Andhra Pradesh has been released. The Minister of Education for Andhra Pradesh, Botsa Satyanarayana, announced that the 10th and Intermediate exams are scheduled to be conducted in the month of March. Exams for the 10th class and Intermediate classes (11th and 12th) are set to take place from March 3 to March 20. Additionally, practical exams for Intermediate students have been conducted from February 5 to February 20. The Intermediate exams are scheduled to take place from 9 am to 12 noon for students.

The polling centers have been set up, and educational institutions, offices, and other establishments will be closed on November 29. Vijayawada,Jun 7 Andhra Pradesh Education Minister Botsa Satyanarayana has announced that the Class X Advanced Supplementary Examinations will be held from July 6 to 15. He spoke to the media after Tenth released the results on Monday. The last date for payment of advanced supplementary examination fees is from the 7th to the 20th of this month. Fees can be paid up to one day before the examination date of the respective subjects from June 21 with a late fee of Rs.50.

In the allotment of 10th class marks, the marks evaluation committee has decided to give the formative written test 70% weightage. According to reports, the government, which canceled 10th grade exams because to Covid-19, has formed a high-level committee chaired by the chairperson to release the results. On Wednesday, the committee convened and determined on the mechanism to be used for allotment of the marks. In the formative test for 50 marks 20 marks were given for written test, 10 marks for projects, 10 marks for note book writing and 10 marks for class participation of children. At present 70 per cent weightage will be given for written test and 30 per cent weightage for other marks. two formative tests were conducted this year.

The calculation method given below

1. Formative exam total 50 marks. In this 70% of the written test i.e. 20 marks will be brought to 35. The remaining 30 marks will be reduced to 15 marks with 30% weightage.

2. If a student wants to get 18 out of 20 marks in the written test , increase it to 35 marks ( 18X35/20) to reach 31.5 marks.

3. The remaining 30 marks will be reduced to 15. That is, if a student gets 27 out of 30 marks, it will be taken as 13.5 according to the weightage ( 15X27/30).

4. 45 marks in total combined format is considered.

5. similarly another format is calculated. subject grade is declared by combining the marks obtained in both.

6. All marks are added together to give a total grade.

Andhra Pradesh state government had decided to reopen the schools from August 16, 2021. Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in a review meeting. The CM has directed to complete the pending works in the educational institutions by August. Education Minister Adimulku Suresh said that teachers will be trained on workbooks From August 15.

He said that the CM is taking steps to ensure that schools provide high-quality education. He said that must put the new education programme into effect. Suresh said that no schools will be closed as a result of this, and no teacher posts will be reduced. The Organization will suggest additional classrooms for schools in two years. Inter students will receive 70% of their marks in the first year of Inter, and 30% of their marks will be given starting in the tenth Class.
