NIOS Open ‌School‌ Exams canceled
The National Universal School (NIOS) Director (Evaluation) B. Venkatesan said in a statement that all exams of secondary and senior secondary courses have been canceled. The exams were conducted to begin in March but were postponed to July 17 in the wake of the corona outbreak. It was decided to cancel the exams as there was no situation to control the current epidemic. Candidates will be sent to higher classes based on their marks in the examinations written in the past. In the case of candidates who have written four subjects, three subjects who have scored better marks, two subjects who have written three subjects and two examinations of subjects have been allocated marks based on their performance.
