1.In the reference 4th read above, the Commissioner of School Education, Hyderabad has submitted the proposal for sanction of Medical Re-imbursement to Smt. N.Anjamma, W/o Late Venkata Rama Rao, SGT (Rtd.), Family Pensioner, Khammam district, towards treatment of herself for "Niddm Nephropathy with HTN with CKD with Hypothyroidism" during the period from 06.10.2017 to 16.10.2017 at Arun Kidney Center, Tadepallivari Street, Suryaraopet, Vijayawada, A.P., since the Hospital is Out of State, in relaxation of the rules, based on the scrutiny report furnished by the Director of Medical Education, Hyderabad, vide reference 5th read above.
2.In the reference 5th read above, the Director of Medical Education, Koti, Hyderabad, has scrutinized the medical bills and mentioned the net admissible amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only ) as against total medical expenditure of Rs.1,32,702/-.
3.In the reference 6th read above, the proposal has been referred to the Standing Committee of Officers for its recommendation. In the reference 7th read above, the Committee recommended for payment of Net Admissible amount i.e., Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only ) based on the scrutiny report of the Director of Medical Education (D.M.E), Hyderabad.
4.After careful consideration of the matter, Government hereby accord permission to the Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad, for sanction of Medical Re-imbursement for net admissible amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only ) to Smt. N.Anjamma, W/o Late Venkata Rama Rao, SGT (Rtd.), Family Pensioner, Khammam district, towards treatment of herself for "Niddm Nephropathy with HTN with CKD with Hypothyroidism" during the period from 06.10.2017 to 16.10.2017 at Arun Kidney Center, Tadepallivari Street, Suryaraopet, Vijayawada, A.P., which is unrecognized hospital , due to out of State as per DME, Hyd report.
5.Original Medical Bills of the individual along with the scrutiny report of the Director of Medical Education are returned herewith to the Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad.
6.The Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
