1.In pursuance of the Budget Release order issued by the Finance (EBS.V) Department in the G.O. read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Registrar, Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Science, Warangal for an amount of Rs.40,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Lakhs only) Scheme from the B.E. provision 2020-21 towards meeting the expenditure for Salaries / Remuneration only under the following scheme:-
2. The bill should be presented by the concerned DDO, O/o Registrar, Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Science, Warangal. The District Treasury Officer, Warangal shall credit the above amount in the PD A/c No.288 and after crediting the amount intimate the fact to the Registrar, Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Science, Warangal.
3. The amount deposited in the P.D. Account shall be drawn with reference to the need and amount so drawn shall be utilized for the purpose of which it is released. The amount deposited in P.D. Account shall not be drawn for depositing in any Bank by the Registrar, Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Science, Warangal.
4. The Registrar, Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Science, Warangal shall take necessary action in the matter and furnish the utilization certificate/Statement of Expenditure for the amount sanctioned at para-1.
