1.The Commissioner of School Education, A.P., vide Lr. 2nd read above, has stated that Sri K. Kamalakara Rao, School Asst. (S.S), Govt. High School, Gajapathinagaram, Vizianagaram, is going to retire from service on 31-01-2020, on attaining the age of superannuation, and the Govt., is the competent authority to consider the request of the individual, for providing of re-employment, under Rule - 54 of A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980. The C.S.E., has therefore, requested the Govt., to take a decision at Govt. level in this regard.
2. Govt. in Finance (HR.V) Department, vide G.O.1st read above, have issued certain terms and conditions regarding fixation of pay of re - employed pensioners as mentioned therein.
3. Government after examining the matter, and in exercise of the powers conferred under Rule - 54 of A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980, hereby order for re-employment of Sri K. Kamalakara Rao, Retired School Asst., for a tenure of two years, subject to adopting the usual terms and conditions of re-employment in terms of G.O.1st read above, in relaxation of Article - 520 of Pension Code, as a special case.
4. The C.S.E., A.P., shall take necessary further course of action, in the matter, accordingly.
5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (HR.III- Pension) Dept. vide their U.O.No.FIN01-HR0MISC/100/2019-HR.III, Computer No.1064843, dated 03.01.2020.
