1.Under Rule 10 (a) of A.P.State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, the following Joint Directors are temporarily promoted to the post of Additional Director of School Education under Category 1(a) of Class I of A.P. Educational Service Rules in the scale of pay of Rs.61450 – 1560 -63010 – 1660 – 67990 – 1760 - 73270 – 1880 – 78910 – 2020 – 84970 – 2160 – 91450 – 2330 – 100770 – 2520 - 105810 in the Revised Pay Scales, 2015, with immediate effect and on promotion, the following postings are ordered:-
2. The promotion ordered in para 1 above are purely on temporary basis and the incumbents are liable to be reverted at any point of time without any notice and assigning reasons therefor.
3. The promotions are subject to outcome of Court Cases, if any, pending before the Hon’ble High Court of A.P./Supreme Court of India.
4. The promotee officers should join the new posts within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order, failing which they shall forfeit their right for promotion, as per rules in force.
5. The Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam/ the State Project Director, S.S.A., A.P., Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
