1.In the circumstances stated by the commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P., Guntur in his letters 1st and 3rd read above and consequent upon Budget Release Order(BRO) issued in the G.O.4th read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.28.45 Lakhs (Rupees Twenty Eight Lakh and Forty Five Thousand Only) from the BE Provision 2019-20 towards meeting the expenditure for the Office Administration, replacement of old computers and introducing 'e ' office in all RJDIEs (three) and DVEOs (eleven) in the state.
2. The amount sanctioned at Para(1) above, shall be met from the Head of Account 4202 -01 -001 -33-520 -521(Capital Head).
3. The commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P., Guntur is requested to take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (FMU-SE) Dept., vide their U.O.No.FIN01-FMU0BES (SE)/65/2019, Dt.15.03.2020 (Computer No.1052403)
