1.In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam in the reference 3rd read above and after careful examination of the scrutiny report of CEO, Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust, Chuttugunta Circle, Guntur. Government, in relaxation of APIMA Rules, 1972 hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.55,166/-(Rupees Fifty Five Thousand One Hundred Sixty Six Only) to Sri S.Ranganayakulu, SGT, MPPS, M.Kothuru (V), Garladinne (M), Ananthapur District towards his son treatment for "ACUTE PANCREATITIS" during the period from 02.05.2019 to 04.05.2019 at "B G S Global Hospitals, Bangalore", which is not recognized by the Government of A.P.
2.The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to the relevant Head of Account.
3.The Commissioner of School Education, A.P., shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. The bills in original are returned herewith.
4.This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU-HM&FW) Department vide their U.O.No.FMU0PC(HMF1)/83/FMU.HM&FW/2020, dated:05.04.2020 (Computer No.1131250).
