1.In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam in the reference 3rd read above and after careful examination of the scrutiny report of CEO, Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust, Chuttugunta Circle, Guntur. Government, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.19,665/- (Rupees Nineteen Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty Five Only) to Sri A.Jakeer Hussain, SA (SS), ZPHS, Velpanur, Velugodu Mandal, Kurnool District towards his self treatment "MUTLINODULAR GOITRC" during the period from 19.05.2016 to 21.05.2016 at Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited, Ministers Road, Secunderabad, in relaxation of para 9 of 21 in G.O. 1st read above.
2.The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to the relevant Head of Account.
3.The Commissioner of School Education, A.P., shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. The bills in original are returned herewith.
4.This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU-HM&FW) Department vide their U.O.No.FIN01-FMU0PC(HMF2)/87/2020, dated:31.03.2020 (Computer No.1131619).
