1.In the reference 1st read above, the Chairperson, the Andhra Pradesh School Education Regulatory and Monitoring Commission, has requested the Government to accord administrative sanction for an amount of 98,09,000 /- towards meet the expenditure and salaries.
2.In the reference 2nd read above, the Government in Finance Department have issued Budget Release Order, for an amount of 98,09,000 /- from the B.E. Provision, 2020-2021 towards meeting the expenditure for payment of salaries to the Chairman and to the members of the APSE Regulatory Commission; day - to - day office expenses and other miscellaneous expenditure.
3.In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Government vide G.O.2nd read above, Government hereby accorded an administrative sanction to the Andhra Pradesh School Education Regulatory & Monitoring Commission for an amount of 98,09,000 /- (Rupees Ninety Eight lakhs Nine Thousand only) from the B.E.Provision, 2020-2021 towards meeting the expenditure for payment of salaries to the Chairman and to the members of the APSE Regulatory Commission and for day to day office expenses and other Miscellaneous expenditure.
4.The Drawing and Disbursement Officer, School Education Department, A.P.Secretariat, shall draw and disburse the amount of the Andhra Pradesh School Education Regulatory and Monitoring Commission (DDO Code 90000038402) by way of preferring book adjustment bill under the relevant Heads of Account to credit the amount to the HOA 8443- Civil deposits, 00-not applicable, 106- Personal deposits, -11- State Department schemes, -20- Deposits of Government Companies, Corporations and other Autonomous bodies, -085-Andhra Pradesh School Education Regulatory and Monitoring Commission, -001- Grants-in-Aid.
5.The Secretary, the A.P.School Education Regulatory and Monitoring Commission, shall take necessary action accordingly.
