1.In the reference 1st read above, the Engineer - In-Chief, RWS&S, Vijayawada has requested through P.R & R.D (RWS-I) Dept. to provide an amount of Rs.77,68,80,000/- to the District Collectors under State Disaster Response Fund[SDRF] to mitigate the drinking water problem in scarcity of drinking water habitations for summer-2019.
2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Finance (FMU-Revenue) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.77,69,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy Seven Crore and Sixty Nine Lakhs only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during C.F.Y. 2020-21 to mitigate drinking water problem in Rural habitations under summer action plan.
3. The Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.77,68,80,000/- (Rupees Seventy Seven Crore and Sixty Eight Lakhs and Eighty Thousand only) to the following District Collectors under State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF) towards drinking water supply in Rural areas as per SDRF/NDRF norms under summer action plan:
