AP Go-Number.208 Relaxation of ban Orders on Transfers of Employees for School Education

1.In the circumstances reported by the Special Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P., vide Letter 3rd read above, Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to effect the transfer of Sri G.Laleppa, Principal, K.V.R.Govt. Junior College(G), Kurnool to K.S.R. Govt. Junior College(G), Ananthapuramu, in relaxation of ban orders on transfer of employees imposed by the Governtment vide G.O.2nd read above.

2.The individual is not eligible for drawl of T.T.A./D.A/Joining Time etc., since the transfer is ordered at his own request.

3.The Special Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P., Guntur shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.

4.This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (HR.IPlg.& Policy) Department vide their U.O.No.HR0PDPP (TRPO) /398/2020, Dated: 16-10-2020 in Computer No.1251888.
