1.In the circumstances reported by the Special Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P., Guntur, vide letter 3rd read above, Government, after examining the matter, hereby order for the transfer of Sri C. Sasikumar, Jr.Lecturer (English), S.V.A. G.J.C for Boys, Srikalahasti, Chittoor District to G.J.C., Vadamalapeta, Chittoor District, as a special case, in relaxation of ban on transfer of employees imposed by the Government vide G.O. 2nd read above, as the incumbent is Visually Challenged and requires attendants assistance.
2.The individual is not eligible for drawl of T.T.A. / D.A. / Joining Time etc., since the transfer is ordered at his own request.
3.The Special Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P., shall take necessary further necessary action in the matte, accordingly.
4.This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (HR.I-Plg.& Policy) Department vide their U.O.No.HROPDPP(TRPO)/392/2019, Dated:13- 07-2020(Computer No.1047878).
