1.In the reference second read above, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Andhra Pradesh, Ibrahimpatnam has stated that a medical reimbursement claim for an amount of Rs.55,700/- in respect of Sri N. Jagan Mohan Rao, Senior Accountant, O/o Sub Treasury, Repalle, Guntur District has been received for reimbursement of the
medical expenditure incurred for the treatment of “H/o Non Healing ulcer Left Foot- Post Traumetic treatment done Debridement and Skin grafting” for himself during the
period from 21.03.2018 to 30.03.2018 at Srinivas Nursing Home, Old Club Road, Kothapet, Guntur.
2. In the reference third read above, the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. YSR Arogyasri Health Care Trust, Chuttugunta Circle, Guntur, after scrutiny of the claim, has recommended for net admissible amount of Rs.18,144/- with a note that the claim be allowed after getting relaxation orders from Government.
3. In the reference fifth read above, the Finance (OP.II) Department has informed that the Hon’ble Minister for Finance has given standing orders in terms of Rule 16 1(a) of A.P. Business Rules, 2018 and delegated the powers to the Principal Finance Secretary for final approval of all medical reimbursement claims including the cases where exemptions/relaxations are recommended by the standing committee of Officers.
4. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction an amount of Rs.18,144/- (after deducting the 10% cut for taking treatment in un- recognised hospital) to Sri N. Jagan Mohan Rao, Senior Accountant, O/o Sub Treasury,
Repalle, Guntur District towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for treatment of "H/o Non Healing ulcer Left Foot-Post Traumetic treatment done Debridement and Skin grafting" for himself during the period from 21.03.2018 to 30.03.2018 at Srinivas Nursing Home, Old Club Road, Kothapet, Guntur in relaxation of APIMA Rules, 1972.
