1.In the reference 2nd read above, Sri A.Bhimeswara Rao, Deputy Registrar (Retd.), Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University, Hyderabad has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to look after the day to day management of the study centres of Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University located in the State of Andhra Pradesh and also incur the expenditure for running the centres without prejudice and rights of State Government pending the hearing and final disposal of the PIL and companion petitions.
2.In the reference 4th read above, Prof.V. Nireekshana Babu, Director of Publications (Rtd), Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University, Hyderabad and resident of Krishna District has made a representation to Govt., to appoint him as Special Officer to Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University, Hyderabad to look after the administration of study centres located in Andhra Pradesh to strengthen the study centres of the said University in Andhra Pradesh since the University is listed under X Schedule of A.P Re- organisation Act, 2014 and yet to be bifurcated.
3.Government after careful examination of the matter and hereby appoint Prof.V.Nireekshana Babu, Director of Publications (Rtd), Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University, as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University, Hyderabad with immediate effect, duly relieving the existing Officer on Special Duty Sri A.Bhimeswara Rao, Deputy Registrar (Retd.) to look after the day to day administration of study centres of University located in the State of Andhra Pradesh to strengthen the study centres of the said University in Andhra Pradesh.
4.The remuneration and other terms & conditions shall be fixed and drawn by the individual as per the instructions issued in the letter 3rd read above.
5.The Secretary, A.P. State Council of Higher Education, Mangalagiri shall take necessary action accordingly.
