AP Go-Number.100 Inter State Transfers for School Education

1.In the circumstances reported by the Special Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P. in the letter 1st read above, and in terms of the instructions issued vide Circular Memo 2nd read above, Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to treat the compulsory waiting period of (42) Forty Two days from 24.04.2019 FN to 04.06.2019 AN as ‘On Duty’ in respect of Sri N.Rama Krishna, Junior Lecturer in History, Government Junior College, Kodumuru, Kurnool District who was transferred from the State of Telangana on Mutual grounds under F.R. 9 (6) (b).

2.The Special Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P., Guntur is requested to take necessary further action in the matter, accordingly.

3.This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department, as per the instructions issued by the Government vide Cir.Memo.2nd read above.
