Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT-Delhi) was created by an act of Delhi legislature empowering it to carry out R&D, conduct educational programs, and grant degrees. IIIT Delhi Overview 2025:
The Institute takes pride in maintaining a green campus and has been awarded the AICTE clean and smart campus award three times in a row. IIIT-Delhi has a built-up area of 100,000 square meters. This includes a modern Seminar Block, R&D Block, state-of-the-art classrooms, research labs, a Library and Information Centre, Incubation Centre, newly-constructed hostels for boys and girls to accommodate 1800+ students, dining and student activity centre with multiple eateries including a 24-hour canteen, and Faculty residence blocks. The campus also has a multipurpose playing field, a gymnasium, indoor badminton and squash courts, outdoor tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, and an indoor swimming pool. IIIT Delhi 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech(CSE, ECE, CAM, CSAI & AI): 70% marks in aggregate for five subjects (including Physics, Chemistry and Maths) and 70% in Maths in class XII from CBSE Boad or equivalent.
B.Tech. (Computer Science & Design): 70% marks in aggregate for five subjects (including Physics, Chemistry and Maths) and 70% in Maths in class XII from CBSE Boad or equivalent.

IIIT Delhi Application Process
- The candidate must visit the college website.
- The candidates applying through JAC using JEE Mains should apply through the JAC portal.
- The candidates applying for some seats of the B.Tech CSD programme that are to be filled through UCEED rank and for some seats of B.Tech CSSS programme to be filled through Class 12th should apply through the IIIT Delhi admission portal.
- Register by filling in all the required details correctly.
- Scan and upload the necessary documents.
- Submit the application form after payment of IIIT Delhi fees.

Age Eligibility:
- No, there are no age restrictions for admission to the M. Tech programme at IIIT Kota. Candidates must fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria as released by the institute for admission which is that candidates must have at least completed their Class 10, Class 12 and a 3-year UG degree.
IIIT Delhi 2025 Exam Pattern for Engineering
- Exam mode – Pen & paper
- Duration – 180 minutes (10.00 AM to 01.00 PM)
- Number of questions – 180
- Type of Questions – Objective (Multiple Choice Questions)
- Language – English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Oriya & Kannada.
- Marking Scheme – +4 for each correct response and -1 for each incorrect answer.
