TS DEECET 2021 Notification

Telangana State Diploma in Elementary Education Common entrance Test (TS DEECET - 2021) to be conducted by Dept. of School Education, Govt of Telangana shortly, are invited from eligible candidates who intend to take admission into two years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.Ed) in Government District Education & Training Institutes (DIETs) and the state's private elementary teacher training institutions. DEECET Online Based Exam in Telangana State

A Computer based Common Entrance Test, designated as Telangana State Diploma in Elementary Education Common entrance Test (TS DEECET - 2021) of Telangana state will be conducted by Department of School Education for entry into the professional courses offered for the academic year 2020-2022 in the state of Telangana. Eligible applicants who wish to apply for TS DEECET-2021 can submit their application online only Detailed information about the syllabus, the list of courses, the online application procedure and the computer-based exam, etc. are given in the detailed notification and instruction booklet available on the webiste http://deecet.cdse.telangana.gov.in/

How to Apply Online Application

Visit the official website https://dost.cgg.gov.in/
Click on the home page tab “Candidate Pre-Registration”
Enter your details in the application form, after filling in the details and click on the “Aadhar Authentication” button
You will receive an OTP which they have to enter in the respective field
TS DOST Id will be generated, and a success message will be displayed on the screen
Candidates have to make the payment by using an online method after the completion of the transaction; you will receive a transaction id.

DOST Application Payment Process:

The students shall pay DOST registration fee and reservation fee through online payment gateways.
The students who are allotted to Government/University Colleges and are
eligible for ePass fee reimbursement need not pay any amount for online self reporting.
The students who are allotted to Private Colleges and are eligible for ePass fee
Reimbursement need to pay an amount of Rs.500/- for online self-reporting.
The students who are allotted to Government/University Colleges/Private
Colleges and are not eligible for ePass college fee reimbursement need to pay an amount of Rs.1000/- for online self-reporting.

TS DEECET 2021 Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should have passed or appeared for the Intermediate Examination (Qualifying Exam) or its equivalent as decided by the DEECET Committee for appearing at the DEECET. However, she / he should have passed the qualifying examination by the time of admission.

Nationality

The aspirant must be an Indian National. He or she must meet the local or non-local status requirements as given in the Telangana Educational Institutions (Regulation of admission) Order, 1947 as amended from time to time.

Age Limit

Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 1st September of the year of admission. There shall be no upper age limit for admission into D.El.Ed/D.P.S.E Programme.

Educational Qualification

The candidates should have secured 50% of marks in aggregate in the Qualifying Examination for appearing at the DEECET. The minimum percentage of marks in the case of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and Physically Challenged candidates shall however be 45%.As per G.O.Ms.No 10 Education dated 12.04.2017 the candidates who passed Intermediate examination with vocational course(s) are not eligible .However in view of the orders of the Honorable High Court of Telangana in IA No.1 of 2019 in WP.No.6482/2019 the candidate who have passed Intermediate with vocational course(s) shall be allowed to sit in the DEECET-2020 provisionally , but they cannot claim any equity in their favour. Moreover the result of examination of such candidates shall be subject to the decision of the Honorable High Court in WP.No.6482/2019.

Fee and submission of Application Online :

The fee prescribed for appearing for TSDEECET 2021 to be conducted online is Rs413/- (Rupees Four Hundred and Thirteen Only). Candidates can pay the fee through payment Gateway between August and submit online application at the TSDEECET website http://deecet.cdse.telangana.gov.in/ between 06.08.2021 to 25.08.2021

Procedure for submission of application online:

Detailed procedure for applying ONLINE is given in the Information Bulletin. Candidates can download the "Information Bulletin" free of cost from the TSDEECET website http://deecet.cdse.telangana.gov.in/ from 06.08.2021 onwards. Candidates can submit their applications online from 06.08.2021 to 25.08.2021.

Examination centres for TS DEECET 2021:

DEECET shall be conducted in all the 10 erstwhile districts of the state.

TS DEECET 2021 Exam Pattern/Scheme of Entrance Exam

TS DEECET 2021 will be conducted in the online mode. The exam paper will be objective type and will have three parts with 100 questions and each question will carry 1 mark.
