Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC): The APPSC's announcement came in the nick of time The notice has reconfirmed that the written examination originally intended to take place on January 5th, 2025, is postponed to February 23rd of next year. The revised mains exam date has been published on the commission's official website portal-psc.ap.gov.in & manabadi.co.in.

APPSC Group 2 Exam structure
The APPSC Group II Exam has two parts, preliminary examination and main examination. The preliminary test is designed to qualify candidates for the main exam, including 150 multiple-choice questions on general studies and mental aptitude in 150 minutes. Each wrong answer takes away from what you've earned - if an item gets dinged, expect to sacrifice 1/3 of your possible points!
Qualification for APPSC Group 2 Recruitment:
In order to apply for Andhra Pradesh PSC Group 2 Notification, applicants must have Bachelor’s Degree / B.C.A., or B.Sc in concerned discipline with good academic record from any well known University or Institution.

Age Relaxation for APPSC Group 2:
Candidates who are going to apply for Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission Group 2 Recruitment their age should not be below 18 years whereas the upper age should not be above 42 years. Upper age relaxation will be provided to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per government rules for APPSC Group 2 Recruitment Notification.

Physical Requirements for Prohibition & Excise Sub Inspector Post:
FOR MEN:
- Must not be less than 165 Cms. in height.
- Must not be less than 81 Cms. round the Chest on full expiration with a minimum expansion of 5 Cms.
- Provided if ST candidates with above measurements are not available, it may be relaxed the requisite height and it shall not be less than 160 Cms.
- Provided the members of A.P.M.S; Drivers and Attenders working in Prohibition & Excise Department shall possess a minimum height of 163 Cms., if otherwise eligible.
FOR WOMEN:
- Must not be less than 152.5 Cms. in height for APPSC Group 2 Notification.
- Must not weigh less than 45.5 Kgs.

Candidates who had successfully applied for APPSC Advertisement can download their APPSC Group 2 Hall Ticket from official website. To download APPSC Admit Card, applicants should have valid registration number. Aspirants are advised to carry APPSC Group 2 Call Letter with the valid photo ID proof at the day of examination.
