Telangana Medical UG(NEET) 2022 Cutoff Marks Telangana Medical UG(NEET) 2022 Counselling Procedure

Introudction

This notification is only for determining State Merit position for admission into Competent Authority Quota seats i.e., the seats in Government Medical / Dental Colleges and Category 'A' seats - 50% of Intake in Private Un-aided NonMinority and Minority Medical college, Private Un-aided Non-Minority Dental Colleges & Army Dental College, Hyderabad under KNR UHS, Warangal only. Total number of seats under competent authority quota for the academic year 2022-18 will be notified prior to counseling. Fee structure is as fixed by the Government. However, total no. of seats expected for the year 2022-18 are given in the Prospectus as annexure-I.

5. Transfer certificate (T.C).

11. Candidates who have studied in the institutions outside of Telangana have to submit 10 years (years of period to be specified) residence certificate of the candidate or either of the parent issued by MRO / Tahsildar
12. The candidates claiming fee exemption shall produce the latest Income certificate of the Parent issued by MRO / Tahsildar
13. Undertaking in the form of Affidavit on Rs. 100 /- Stamp paper by the Parent and candidate stating that the caste and area mentioned in the certificates are genuine and they will be held responsible for any further consequences as per LAW if any discrepancy noticed.
14. Candidates claiming eligibility of reservation under Special categories i.e., CAP, NCC, Sports & Games, PH, PMC and Anglo Indian should furnish the required certificate in support of their claim

Note:

• Application form without Passport size photo, without signature at declaration area and incomplete applications at the time of verification of original certificates will stand automatically rejected and will not be considered for determining the State Merit position in respective categories.
• . Candidates admission is strictly provisional. The mere fact that the Merit position is issued to him/her does not imply that his/her candidature is accepted by the University and it does not mean that the entries made by him/her in the online application are accepted as true and correct. He/she may please note that the University will take up the verification of original certificates with regard to eligibility conditions i.e., NEET UG-2022 Rank, educational qualifications, local/non local area status, category etc., after duly verifying all the relevant certificates at the time of verification of original certificates . If the information furnished by the candidate in the application is incorrect, his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled and further action that deems fit will be taken.
• Mere submission of application through Online is not sufficient. Candidates eligibility for admission into MBBS/BDS Courses for the academic year 2022-18 will be examined by the University only after submission of printout of on-line application (hard copy) along with 2-sets of all enclosures specified at the notified centers for verification of original certificates.
• The Orders issued from time to time by Government with regard to Admission in to Medical and Dental Courses shall apply
• This notification is for determining the State Merit position in respective categories only. The notification for exercising web options for admission to MBBS/BDS courses and procedure will be notified separately on the University web-site from time to time. • An in-eligible candidate obtaining Merit position does not make him/her eligible for admission.
• Admission will be given only for candidates, who have secured marks of minimum cutoff score and above prescribed for that category in NEET - UG - 2022 and after fulfilling the eligibility conditions

Telangana Medical(NEET 2022) Counselling Cutoff Marks - 2022

Telangana Medical(NEET 2022) Cutoff Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences has released the cutoff of Telangana Medical UG(NEET) 2022 along with the result on June 23. Telangana Medical(NEET 2022) Cutoff is the minimum qualifying marks set by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to shortlist candidates for the counseling rounds. A total of 6,11,739 candidates is shortlisted for NEET 2022 counseling. The NEET 2022 cutoff marks are made available as per the category of test takers. NEET cutoff 2022 has been prepared depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appeared for exam, a difficulty level of paper, availability of seats in MBBS and BDS courses, etc. To qualify in the test, General category candidates must score at least 131 marks (50 percentile), whereas, SC/ST/OBC must score at least 107 marks (40 percentile). Among all the qualified candidates, top 15% rank holders will be eligible to participate in NEET counseling for the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. Based on cutoff, the rank for participating in NEET counseling for the AIQ seats will be prepared. Around 13,000 candidates will be offered admission to the MBBS and BDS seats of 180 medical and dental colleges (approx.) under All India Quota seats. Last year, a total of 19,325 candidates selected for participating in counseling under AIQ 15% seats.

The category wise Telangana Medical(NEET 2022) qualifying cutoff 2022 is being provided in the table below. The qualifying cutoff for the General category is 50th percentile i.e. candidates must score at least 131 marks. Candidate Eligibility Criteria :

The Eligible candidates, who have qualified and secured marks of minimum percentile and above in NEET UG - 2022, have to apply for determining the State Merit position for Competent Authority quota seats in respective categories subject to the conditions specified in admission Regulations/Prospectus. (Refer regulations/ prospectus for detailed clarifications).

1. The candidate should be an Indian National or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) Card Holder and should satisfy the Local or Nonlocal status in Telangana State (Residence requirement) as laid down in Telangana Education Institutions (Regulations of Admissions) Order, 1974. Selection will be done as per the procedure laid down in the G.O.P.No.646, dated 10.07.1979 as amended in G.O.Ms.No.42, Higher Education (EC2) Department, dated 18.05.2009 and G.O.Ms.No. 114 HM&FW(C1) Dept. Dated:5-7-2022.
2. The candidate should have passed Intermediate (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology) / Biotechnology and English.
   • OC candidates should obtain not less than 50% marks in science subjects.
   • BC/SC/ST candidates should obtain not less than 40% marks in science subjects.
   • OC PH candidates should obtain not less than 45% marks in science subjects.
3. The candidate should have passed Intermediate (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology) / Biotechnology and English.
• OC candidates should secure not less than 50th percentile in NEET UG -2022.
• BC/SC/ST candidates should secure not less than 40th percentile in NEET UG - 2022.
• OC PH candidates should secure not less than 45th percentile in NEET UG -2022.
4. The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31-12-2022. The candidates who do not complete 17 years as on 31-12-2022 need not attend the counseling. The candidates born on or after 02-01-2001 are not eligible for admission into MBBS/BDS Courses.
5. The candidates who wish to claim seats under Anglo Indian, Sports & Games, CAP (Army), NCC, Physically challenged (PH) and Police Martyrs Children (PMC) also need to fulfill the above eligibility criteria.
6. The candidates are advised to download and read the Prospectus/Regulations available in the website http://knruhs.in before filling the Online application form for admission into MBBS & BDS Courses for the academic year 2022-18.
7. The qualified and eligible candidates as per the regulations who desire to take admission in to UG Medical and Dental Courses in Government, Private Un-aided Non-minority & Minority Professional Institutions shall apply online for determining the State Merit position for Competent Authority quota seats in respective categories in the Website http://medadm.tsche.in/ from 11.00 AM on 09-07-2022 to 18-07-2022 upto 5.00 p.m only. The online application can be filled through any computer with internet connection (home/internet cafe/net center).

Important Regulations For The Candidates Admissions Into MBBS & BDS 2022-18

The following are the Regulations for admission into MBBS / BDS Courses in all the Medical and Dental Colleges affiliated to KNR UHS for the academic year 2022-18 under Competent Authority Quota seats i.e., the seats in Government Medical / Dental Colleges and Category 'A' seats - 50% of Intake in Private Un-aided Non-Minority and Minority Medical college and private Non-Minority Dental College and Ar my Dental College under KNRUHS, Warangal.

Number of Seats Under Competent Authority Quota :

1. Total number of seats expected for the academic year 2022-18 in Medical / Dental Courses at Government Medical / Dental Colleges and Private Medical / Dental Colleges is given in the Annexure-I. Fee structure is as fixed by the State Government.
2. In case any new MBBS/BDS seats are permitted by MCI/DCI in colleges affiliated to the University for the Academic Year 2022-18, those seats also will be filled up. NO FURTHER NOTIFICATION WILL BE ISSUED.

Eligibility The candidates who have fulfilled the following criteria are Eligible to apply for admission into MBBS / BDS courses. After On-line application they have to get their original Certificates verified as per schedule to be notified by the University.

1. 3. The candidates should secure marks of cutoff scores and above in National Eligibilitycum- Entrance Test (NEET) UG -2022 (as per Notice dated 23.06.2022), conducted by CBSE, New Delhi as per section (10) of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956

State-wide Courses:

Admission into State wide colleges shall be regulated as per the provisions in the A.P. Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order, 1974 for State-Wide courses as given in Annexure-IV of GO (P) No. 646, Edu. (W1) Department, dt.10-7-1979

Local Area:

1. The part of the State comprising the Districts of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur and Prakasham shall be regarded as the local area for the purposes of admission to the Andhra University, **(Nagarjuna University) and to any other education institution (other than a State-wide University or State-wide Educational Institution) which is subject to the control of the State Government and is situated in that part.
2. The part of the State comprising the Districts of Adilabad, Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Karimnagar, Khammam, Mahaboobnagar, Medak, Nalgonda, Nizamabad and Warangal shall be regarded as local area for the purposes of admission to the Osmania University, ** (the Kakatiya University) and to any other educational institution (other than a State-wide University or State-wide Educational Institution) which is subject to the control of the State Government and is situated in that part.
3. The part of the State comprising the Districts of Ananthapur, Kadapa, Kurnool, Chittoor and Nellore shall be regarded as local area for the purposes of admission to Sri Venkateswara University and to any other educational institution (other than a State-wide University or State-wide Educational Institution) which is subject to the control of the State Government and is situated in that part.

Local Candidates:

1. A Candidate for admission shall be regarded as local candidate in relation to a local area.
   • If he/she studied in an Educational Institution or Educational Institutions in such local area for a period of not less than 4 consecutive academic years ending with the academic year in which he/she appeared or as the case may be first appeared in relevant qualifying examination.
   (or)
   • Where during the whole or any part of the 4 consecutive academic years ending with the academic year in which he/she appeared or as the case may be first appeared for the relevant qualifying examination, he/she has not studied in Educational Institutions, if he/she had resided in that local area for a period of not less than 4 years immediately preceding the date of commencement of the relevant qualifying examination, in which he/she appeared or as the case may be first appeared.
   (or)
   • Local status certificate issued by MRO for claiming as AP local as per Circular No. 4136/SPF&MC/2015-5, dated.08.08.2016.
2. A candidate who is not regarded as a local candidate under sub-regulation (3.4.1) Above in relation to any local area shall
   • If he/she has studied in educational institutions in the State for a period of not less than 7 consecutive academic years ending with academic year in which he/she appeared or as the case may be first appeared for the relevant qualifying examination be regarded as local candidate in relation to:
   • Such local area where he/she has studied for the maximum period out of the said period of 7 years.
   • Where the period of his/her study in two or more local areas are equal, such local area where he/she has last studied in such equal periods.
   (or)
3. If during the whole or any part of the seven consecutive academic years ending with academic year in which he/she appeared or as the case may be first appeared for relevant qualifying examination, he/she has not studied in the educational institution in any local area, but he/she has resided in the State during the whole of the said period of 7 years be regarded as a local candidate in relation to
   • Such local area where he/she has resided for the maximum period out of the said period of 7 years.
   (or)
   • Where the period of his/her residence in two or more local areas are equal, such local area where he/she has resided last in such equal periods.

N.B.: Relevant certificates must be attached to the application in respect of their claim, in respect of residence. The certificate should be obtained from the Revenue authorities.

Reservations:

Reservation for Scheduled Castes (S.C.) and Scheduled Tribes (S.T.):

Out of the seats available for admission by the University, 15% seats shall be reserved for candidates belonging to SC, 6% of seats shall be reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes in each local area.

1. In the event that if any seats reserved for S.T. not being filled up, they will be thrown open to the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and vice-versa.
2. In the event of the candidates from the SC and ST are not being available, these seats shall be allotted to the candidates under open competition.
3. Candidates of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes belonging to the State of Telangana only which are specified by the Govt. of Telangana from time to time shall be considered.
Reservation For Backward Classes:

29% of the available seats for admission in each local area by the University for MBBS/ BDS shall be reserved for candidates belonging to Backward Classes as follows:

BC-A -7%, BC-B-10%, BC-C-1%, BC-D-7% & BC-E*-4% as per the G.O.Ms.No.1793, Education, dt.23.09.1970 and G.O.Ms.No.23, Backward Classes Welfare (C2), dated. 07-07-2007 and G.O.Ms.No.231, Health Medical and Family Welfare (E1) Department, dated 11-07-2007.

* Subject to further orders of the Government of A.P. / High Court.

If qualified candidates belonging to Back Ward Class of particular group are not available, the left over seats can be adjusted for the candidates of next group. If qualified candidates belonging to Back Ward Classes are not available to fill up the 29% seats reserved for them, the left over seats shall be treated as Open Competition seats and shall be filled up with candidates by merit.

Social Status Certificate:

The candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes shall furnish a certificate in the prescribed proforma in support of their claims. The social status of Schedule Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes candidates shall be Scrutinized in terms of G.O.M.s.No.58, SW (J) Dept. Dt. 12-05-1997. The candidates are informed that they will be not be considered for the caste claimed by them without the prescribed permanent caste certificate issued by the competent authority.

No candidate seeking reservation for admission under the above categories be allowed to participate in the Counseling for admission unless he produces the Integrated Community Certificate prescribed by the Government and issued by the Revenue Authorities in the Government (Vide G.O.Ms.No. 58, Social Welfare (J) Department, dated. 12-05-1997).

Note :-The Social Reservation provided for BC's SCs, ST's in the ratio of 29%,15% and 6% respectively shall be vertical reservation.
RESERVATIONS UNDER THE CATEGORIES OF CAP / NCC / SPORTS & GAMES, PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED (PH) AND POLICE MARTYR'S CHILDREN (PMC) : Seats shall be reserved in each course and in each category for the following to the extent indicated against them:

1 CAP (Army) : 1 %
2 National Cadet Corps : 1 %
3 Sports and Games : 0.50%
4 Physically Challenged : 3 %
5 Police Martyrs Children (PMC) : 0.25%
Important Note :
1. 3% Reservation provided to Physically Challenged with the locomotor disorders and that too with disability of lower limbs between 40% to 70%, as per the instructions of Government of India Lr.F.No.U.12021/8/2002-MEC/ME.III, dt.12-5-2004 under Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full participation) act, 1995 and as per orders of Hon'ble High Court of Telangana.
3. The Physically Challenged candidates with locomotary disorder of lower limbs between 40% to 70% are only eligible under the Physically Handicapped quota.
4. The guidelines of Govt. of India and regulations of Medical Council of India shall be observed in making admissions of differently abled (Physically Handicapped) candidates, according to which the Physically Handicapped candidates with locomotary disorder of lower limbs between 50% to 70% will be considered first and remaining unfilled, candidates with 40% to 50% will be considered.
5. The candidate seeking the benefit of reservation should present him/herself before a Medical Board comprising of at least one Expert/Specialist from the specialty of Orthopedics of State Medical Board and obtain a valid disability certificate from the Medical Board having been issued within Six months prior to presenting his application for seeking admission by claiming the benefit of reservation.
6. The Medical Board constituted by the Competent Authority will examine and assess the percentage of disability of differently abled candidates, who have applied seeking admission under PH quota. The report of the Medical Board is final for considering a candidate under PH quota as per rules.

Telangana Medical Counselling(NEET UG) 2022 User Registration Process

The on-line application form for determining merit position for Competent Authority quota seats using NEET UG - 2022 scores will be available on the website http://medadm.apsche.ac.in or http://apmedadm.apsche.ac.in from 11.00 AM on 05-07-2022 upto 5.00 PM. on 12-07-2022.

Note: The candidates are advised to take a print out of the Prospectus / Instructions to fill the application from the website http://knruhs.in/public_org/ or from http://medadm.apsche.ac.in or http://apmedadm.apsche.ac.in before proceeding to fill the application form.

The candidate should fill the online application form available in the Website with the data required-for, through internet. The online application form can be filled through any computer with internet connection (home/internet cafe/net center). The candidate is advised to fill the online application form after going through the Prospectus by keeping all the Certificates and ready to enter his/her correct data.

Open the website http://medadm.apsche.ac.in or http://apmedadm.apsche.ac.in Home page displayed as follows:

1. Click on the Online Registration.
2. Registration Form appears in which Candidate has to give the details to register.
3. After entering the details click on validate button.
4. If all the details you entered is correct, You will receive the Registration number. Please Note the Registration number for further correspondence and click OK.
5. Then enter Testing Id and the Registration number for updating the details of the candidate and click on Validate Button.
6. The application form will be displayed as shown below.
7. After filling the form, click on Save and Exit Button. This process can be repeated till all the data you entered is correct. Then click on Save and Pay Button to proceed for payment. Depending on your caste category, the Registration fee is varied. Once paid you will not get any refund. Hence, you are requested to double check the eligibility conditions yourself and pay the fee.
8. Now you will be directed to the Payment Gateway click OK.
9. Select you mode of payment and Make Payment.
10. After payment you will receive a Successful Payment message.
11. Click OK Button. You will get your filled application form take printout of this form and affix a recent passport size photo on the space provided and submit the form at the time of certificate verification.
