Introudction
Application forms through online are invited from the candidates who have secured the following cutoff scores in National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) UG - 2022 and fulfilled the following eligibility criteria for admission into Under Graduate Medical and Dental Courses - 2022 available under Competent Authority Quota in Government, Private Un-aided Non-Minority and Minority Medical & Dental Colleges under Dr. NTR UHS, Vijayawada and also for MBBS course in SVIMS, Tirupati for the academic year 2022-23.

This notification is for determining State Merit position for admission into Competent Authority Quota seats i.e., the seats in Government Medical/Dental Colleges and Category 'A' seats - 50% of Intake in Private Un-aided Non-Minority and Minority Medical and Dental Colleges under Dr. NTR UHS, Vijayawada and also 85% seats in Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women, Tirupati under SVIMS, Tirupati only. Total number of seats under competent authority quota for the academic year 2022-23 and fee structure as fixed by the Government, if any, will be notified later. However, total no. of seats expected for the year 2022-23 are given in Annexure-I of Prospectus.

Certificates to Be Produced By The Candidates:
- Admit card of NEET UG - 2022.
- Rank card of NEET UG-2022.
- SSC or equivalent examination containing the Date of Birth.
- Memorandum of marks of qualifying examination i.e., Intermediate or Equivalent examination.
- Transfer certificate (T.C).
- Study Certificate(s) from 6th class to Intermediate.
- Permanent Caste Certificate (Integrated Community Certificate) claiming reservation under BC/SC/ST Categories issued by an Officer prescribed.
- Service records & SSC/ SSLC certificate of parent/ relative if parent is not in-service.
- Aadhar Card.
- Minority certificates issued by the concerned Department.
- Candidates who have studied in the institutions outside of Andhra Pradesh have to submit 10 years (years of period to be specified) residence certificate of the candidate or either of the parent issued by MRO / Tahsildar.
- The candidates claiming fee exemption shall produce the latest Income certificate of the Parent issued by MRO / Tahsildar/with Ration card.
- Undertaking in the form of Affidavit on Rs. 100 /- Stamp paper by the Parent and candidate stating that the caste and area mentioned in the certificates are genuine and they will be held responsible for any further consequences as per LAW if any discrepancy noticed.
- Local status certificate issued by MRO for claiming as AP local as per Circular No. 4136/SPF&MC/2015-5, dated.08.08.2016.
- Candidates claiming eligibility of reservation under Special categories i.e., CAP, NCC, Sports & Games, PH, PMC and Anglo Indian should furnish the required certificate in support of their claim.

Andhra Pradesh Medical(NEET 2022) Counselling Cutoff Marks - 2022
Andhra Pradesh Medical(NEET 2022) Cutoff Dr.NTR University of Health Sciences has released the cutoff of Andhra Pradesh Medical UG(NEET) 2022 along with the result on June 23. Andhra Pradesh Medical(NEET 2022) Cutoff is the minimum qualifying marks set by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to shortlist candidates for the counseling rounds. A total of 6,11,739 candidates is shortlisted for NEET 2022 counseling. The NEET 2022 cutoff marks are made available as per the category of test takers. NEET cutoff 2022 has been prepared depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appeared for exam, a difficulty level of paper, availability of seats in MBBS and BDS courses, etc. To qualify in the test, General category candidates must score at least 131 marks (50 percentile), whereas, SC/ST/OBC must score at least 107 marks (40 percentile). Among all the qualified candidates, top 15% rank holders will be eligible to participate in NEET counseling for the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. Based on cutoff, the rank for participating in NEET counseling for the AIQ seats will be prepared. Around 13,000 candidates will be offered admission to the MBBS and BDS seats of 230 medical and dental colleges (approx.) under All India Quota seats. Last year, a total of 19,325 candidates selected for participating in counseling under AIQ 15% seats.
Andhra Pradesh Medical(NEET 2022) Cutoff 2022 Cutoff (Qualifying):The category wise Andhra Pradesh Medical(NEET 2022) qualifying cutoff 2022 is being provided in the table below. The qualifying cutoff for the General category is 50th percentile i.e. candidates must score at least 131 marks. Candidate Eligibility Criteria :
State Merit position of the candidates applied for, will be prepared basing on the above NEET UG - 2022 cutoff scores and other eligibility criteria notified hereunder.
The Eligible candidates, who have qualified and secured minimum percentile in NEET UG - 2022, have to apply for determining the Merit position for Competent Authority quota seats in respective categories subject to the conditions specified in admission Regulations/Prospectus. (Refer regulations/ prospectus for detailed clarifications).
- The candidate should be an Indian National or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) Card Holder and should satisfy the Local or Non-local status in Andhra Pradesh (Residence requirement) as laid down in Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions (Regulations of Admissions) Order, 1974. Selection will be done as per the procedure laid down in the G.O.P.No.646, dated 10.07.1979 as amended in G.O.Ms.No.42, Higher Education (EC2) Department, dated 18.05.2009.
- The candidate should have passed Intermediate (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology
(Botany, Zoology) / Biotechnology and English.
- OC candidates should obtain not less than 50% marks in science subjects.
- BC/SC/ST candidates should obtain not less than 40% marks in science subjects.
- OC PH candidates should obtain not less than 45% marks in science subjects.
- The candidate should have qualified in NEET UG -2022 conducted by CBSE, New Delhi.
- OC candidates should secure not less than 50th percentile in NEET UG -2022.
- BC/SC/ST candidates should secure not less than 40th percentile in NEET UG -2022.
- OC PH candidates should secure not less than 45th percentile in NEET UG -2022.
- The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31-12-2022. The candidates who do not complete 17 years as on 31-12-2022 need not attend the counseling. The candidates born on or after 02-01-2001 are not eligible for admission into MBBS/BDS Courses.
- The candidates who wish to claim seats under Anglo Indian, Sports & Games, CAP (Army), NCC, Physically challenged (PH) and Police Martyrs Children (PMC) also need to fulfill the above eligibility criteria.
- The candidates are advised to download and read the Prospectus/Regulations for submission of Online application form for admission into MBBS & BDS Courses for the academic year 2022-18 available in the website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in. carefully before filling the online Application.
- The qualified and eligible candidates as per the regulations who desire to take admission to UG Medical and Dental Courses in Government, Private Un-aided Non-minority & Minority Professional Institutions shall apply through online for determining the Merit position for Competent Authority quota seats in respective categories in the Website http://medadm.apsche.ac.in or http://apmedadm.apsche.ac.in from 11.00 AM on 05-07-2022 to 12-07-2022 upto 5.00 p.m only. The online application can be filled through any computer with internet connection (home / internet cafe / net center).
Important Regulations For The Candidates Admissions Into MBBS & BDS 2022-18
- The candidate shall satisfy Local / Non local status as per GO.No.646 Edn.(W1)department dated 10-07-1979 and Presidential order. The procedure indicated in the above G.O for selection of candidates as amended in G.O.Ms.No.42, Higher Education (EC2) Dept., dated 18-05-2009 shall be followed. The Non local candidates are eligible for 15% unreserved seats only. The local candidates are also eligible for 15% unreserved seats.
- The verification fee and registration fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted to a future date. Therefore candidates are advised to check eligibility conditions thoroughly before applying for determining merit position in respective categories for Competent Authority seats.
Admission to 85% of the seats shall be reserved in favour of the local candidates in relation to the local area as provided in A.P. Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, 1974 for Non- State-Wide courses as given in Annexure-III of GO (P) No. 646, Edu. (W1) Department, dt.10-7-1979.
State-wide COURSES:Admission into State wide colleges shall be regulated as per the provisions in the A.P. Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order, 1974 for State-Wide courses as given in Annexure-IV of GO (P) No. 646, Edu. (W1) Department, dt.10-7-1979.
Local Area:- The part of the State comprising the Districts of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur and Prakasam shall be regarded as the local area for the purposes of admission to the Andhra University, **(Nagarjuna University) and to any other education institution (other than a State-wide University or State-wide Educational Institution) which is subject to the control of the State Government and is situated in that part.
- The part of the State comprising the Districts of Adilabad, Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Karimnagar, Khammam, Mahaboobnagar, Medak, Nalgonda, Nizamabad and Warangal shall be regarded as local area for the purposes of admission to the Osmania University, **(the Kakatiya University) and to any other educational institution (other than a State-wide University or State-wide Educational Institution) which is subject to the control of the State Government and is situated in that part.
- The part of the State comprising the Districts of Ananthapur, Kadapa, Kurnool, Chittoor and Nellore shall be regarded as local area for the purposes of admission to Sri Venkateswara University and to any other educational institution (other than a State-wide University or State-wide Educational Institution) which is subject to the control of the State Government and is situated in that part.
- A Candidate for admission shall be regarded as local candidate in relation to a local area.
- If he/she studied in an Educational Institution or Educational Institutions in such local area for a period of not less than 4 consecutive academic years ending with the academic year in which he/she appeared or as the case may be first appeared in relevant qualifying examination. (or)
- Where during the whole or any part of the 4 consecutive academic years ending with the academic year in which he/she appeared or as the case may be first appeared for the relevant qualifying examination, he/she has not studied in Educational Institutions, if he/she had resided in that local area for a period of not less than 4 years immediately preceding the date of commencement of the relevant qualifying examination, in which he/she appeared or as the case may be first appeared. (or)
- Local status certificate issued by MRO for claiming as AP local as per Circular No. 4136/SPF&MC/2015-5, dated.08.08.2016.
- A candidate who is not regarded as a local candidate under sub-regulation (3.4.1) Above in relation to any local area shall
- If he/she has studied in educational institutions in the State for a period of not less than 7 consecutive academic years ending with academic year in which he/she appeared or as the case may be first appeared for the relevant qualifying examination be regarded as local candidate in relation to:
- Such local area where he/she has studied for the maximum period out of the said period of 7 years.
- Where the period of his/her study in two or more local areas are equal, such local area where he/she has last studied in such equal periods.
- If during the whole or any part of the seven consecutive academic years ending with academic year in which he/she appeared or as the case may be first
appeared for relevant qualifying examination, he/she has not studied in the educational institution in any local area, but he/she has resided in the
State during the whole of the said period of 7 years be regarded as a local candidate in relation to
- Such local area where he/she has resided for the maximum period out of the said period of 7 years. (or)
- Where the period of his/her residence in two or more local areas are equal, such local area where he/she has resided last in such equal periods.
N.B.: Relevant certificates must be attached to the application in respect of their claim, in respect of residence. The certificate should be obtained from the Revenue authorities.
Reservations:Reservation for Scheduled Castes (S.C.) and Scheduled Tribes (S.T.):
Out of the seats available for admission by the University, 15% seats shall be reserved for candidates belonging to SC, 6% of seats shall be reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes in each local area.
- In the event that if any seats reserved for S.T. not being filled up, they will be thrown open to the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and vice-versa.
- In the event of the candidates from the SC and ST are not being available, these seats shall be allotted to the candidates under open competition.
- Candidates of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes belonging to the State of Andhra Pradesh only which are specified by the Govt. of A.P from time to time shall be considered.
29% of the available seats for admission in each local area by the University for MBBS/ BDS shall be reserved for candidates belonging to Backward Classes as follows:
BC-A -7%, BC-B-10%, BC-C-1%, BC-D-7% & BC-E*-4% as per the G.O.Ms.No.1793, Education, dt.23.09.1970 and G.O.Ms.No.23, Backward Classes Welfare (C2), dated. 07-07-2007 and G.O.Ms.No.231, Health Medical and Family Welfare (E1) Department, dated 11-07-2007.
* Subject to further orders of the Government of A.P. / High Court.
If qualified candidates belonging to Back Ward Class of particular group are not available, the left over seats can be adjusted for the candidates of next group. If qualified candidates belonging to Back Ward Classes are not available to fill up the 29% seats reserved for them, the left over seats shall be treated as Open Competition seats and shall be filled up with candidates by merit.
Social Status Certificate:The candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes shall furnish a certificate in the prescribed proforma in support of their claims. The social status of Schedule Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes candidates shall be Scrutinized in terms of G.O.M.s.No.58, SW (J) Dept. Dt. 12-05-1997. The candidates are informed that they will be not be considered for the caste claimed by them without the prescribed permanent caste certificate issued by the competent authority.
No candidate seeking reservation for admission under the above categories be allowed to participate in the Counseling for admission unless he produces the Integrated Community Certificate prescribed by the Government and issued by the Revenue Authorities in the Government (Vide G.O.Ms.No. 58, Social Welfare (J) Department, dated. 12-05-1997).
Note :-The Social Reservation provided for BC's SCs, ST's in the ratio of 29%,15% and 6% respectively shall be vertical reservation.
RESERVATIONS UNDER THE CATEGORIES OF CAP / NCC / SPORTS & GAMES, PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED (PH) AND POLICE MARTYR’S CHILDREN (PMC) : Seats shall be reserved in each course and in each category for the following to the extent indicated against them:
1 CAP (Army) : 1 %2 National Cadet Corps : 1 %
3 Sports and Games : 0.50%
4 Physically Challenged : 3 %
5 Police Martyrs Children (PMC) : 0.25%
Important Note :
- 3% Reservation provided to Physically Challenged with the locomotor disorders and that too with disability of lower limbs between 40% to 70%, as per the instructions of Government of India Lr.F.No.U.12021/8/2002-MEC/ME.III, dt.12-5-2004 under Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full participation) act, 1995 and as per orders of Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
- The Physically Challenged candidates with locomotary disorder of lower limbs between 40% to 70% are only eligible under the Physically Handicapped quota.
- The guidelines of Govt. of India and regulations of Medical Council of India shall be observed in making admissions of differently abled (Physically Handicapped) candidates, according to which the Physically Handicapped candidates with locomotary disorder of lower limbs between 50% to 70% will be considered first and remaining unfilled, candidates with 40% to 50% will be considered.
- The candidate seeking the benefit of reservation should present him/herself before a Medical Board comprising of at least one Expert/Specialist from the specialty of Orthopedics of State Medical Board and obtain a valid disability certificate from the Medical Board having been issued within Six months prior to presenting his application for seeking admission by claiming the benefit of reservation.
- The Medical Board constituted by the Competent Authority will examine and assess the percentage of disability of differently abled candidates, who have applied seeking admission under PH quota. The report of the Medical Board is final for considering a candidate under PH quota as per rules.
Andhra Pradesh Medical Counselling(NEET UG) 2022 User Registration Process
The on-line application form for determining merit position for Competent Authority quota seats using NEET UG - 2022 scores will be available on the website http://medadm.apsche.ac.in or http://apmedadm.apsche.ac.in from 11.00 AM on 05-07-2022 upto 5.00 PM. on 12-07-2022.
Note:The candidates are advised to take a print out of the Prospectus / Instructions to fill the application from the website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in or from http://medadm.apsche.ac.in or http://apmedadm.apsche.ac.in before proceeding to fill the application form.
The candidate should fill the online application form available in the Website with the data required-for, through internet. The online application form can be filled through any computer with internet connection (home/internet cafe/net center). The candidate is advised to fill the online application form after going through the Prospectus by keeping all the Certificates and ready to enter his/her correct data.
Open the website http://medadm.apsche.ac.in or http://apmedadm.apsche.ac.in Home page displayed as follows:- Click on the Online Registration.
- Registration Form appears in which Candidate has to give the details to register.
- After entering the details click on validate button.
- If all the details you entered is correct, You will receive the Registration number. Please Note the Registration number for further correspondence and click OK.
- Then enter Testing Id and the Registration number for updating the details of the candidate and click on Validate Button.
- The application form will be displayed as shown below.
- After filling the form, click on Save and Exit Button. This process can be repeated till all the data you entered is correct. Then click on Save and Pay Button to proceed for payment. Depending on your caste category, the Registration fee is varied. Once paid you will not get any refund. Hence, you are requested to double check the eligibility conditions yourself and pay the fee.
- Now you will be directed to the Payment Gateway click OK.
- Select you mode of payment and Make Payment.
- After payment you will receive a Successful Payment message.
- Click OK Button. You will get your filled application form take printout of this form and affix a recent passport size photo on the space provided and submit the form at the time of certificate verification.

Even as the students go through this procedure, they can decide upon their choice of course and college form the huge screens that display the availability of the combination of seats, courses and college.
