Viswas Swaroopam, a Shiva statue, installed in the Rajasthani

 
A 369-foot-tall Shiva monument dubbed "Viswas Swaroopam" has been erected in Nathdwara, Rajasthan`s Rajsamand district. It will be dedicated on October 29. Preacher Morari Bapu will formally unveil Viswas Swaroopam, reputed to be the tallest Shiva statue in the world, in the presence of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Assembly Speaker CP Joshi, and others.
 
 
Shiva statue installed in Nathdwara: 
  • The Viswas Swaroopam statue was built by Tat Padam Sansthan and is located 45 kilometres from Udaipur.
  • After the statue’s inauguration, a number of religious, spiritual, and cultural events will be organised over nine days, from October 29 to November 6, according to Madan Paliwal, the chairman of the Miraj company and a trustee for the Sansthan.
  • Throughout the nine days, religious preacher Morari Bapu will also recite the Ram Katha.
 
Viswas Swaroopam, The Shiva statue:
  • The Viswas Swaroopam monument, which is positioned on a mountaintop over a region of 51 bighas and is designed in a meditative pose, is believed to be visible from 20 kilometres away.
  • According to Jaiprakash Mali, the program’s spokeswoman, the statue has been illuminated with special lights so that it can be seen clearly at night as well.
  • Its construction, which took ten years to complete, involved the usage of three thousand tonnes of steel, iron, concrete, and sand, as well as 2.5 lakh cubic tonnes of concrete.
  • In August 2012, Ashok Gehlot, who was the CM at the time, and Morari Bapu lay the project’s cornerstone.
  • According to Mr. Mali, the Viswas Swaroopam statue was built to last 250 years and can withstand winds of up to 250 kmph.

Maharashtra government to set up Cyber Intelligence Unit

 
Devendra Fadnavis, the Deputy Chief Minister and Minister of the Interior of Maharashtra, announced that a special cyber intelligence unit would be established there to combat financial and cybercrimes.

At Surajkund in Haryana, a two-day reflection camp for home ministers and director generals of police from several states throughout the nation was arranged.

Arunachal Pradesh to get Northeast’s first fish museum

 
Fisheries Minister Tage Taki announced that Arunachal Pradesh would soon host the first fish museum of its sort in the Northeast. The museum in the NorthEast region (NER), which features every type of fish found in the region`s districts from Tawang to Longding, aims to draw visitors and fish enthusiasts while also acting as a training ground for fish farmers.
 
The fish museum would be a part of India’s first Integrated Aqua Park (IAP), sanctioned by the Union Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying (MoFAHD). The existing Tarin Fish Farm (TFF), located at high-altitude Bulla village, would be upgraded as the IAP where the museum would come up. It will have all fish species of the state and serve as a training centre for fisherfolk. An amount of Rs 43.59 crores was sanctioned for the project in the current financial year as the first instalment.
