The TS EAMCET 2024 Phase 1 Counselling is currently in progress. According to the EAMCET 2024 counselling schedule, the web options entry period concluded on July 15, 2024. TS EAMCET Counselling 2024

The web options process for Round 1 counselling of TS EAMCET 2024 Concluded on July 15, 2024. Candidates who completed online registration and document verification were able to select their preferred colleges and courses before the deadline. The authorities will announce the "TS EAMCET seat allotment results for Round 1 on July 19, 2024". Candidates must pay the tuition fee and complete self-reporting between July 19 and 23, 2024.

The TS EAMCET 2024 counselling schedule for Phase 2 has been announced. Online registration will commence on July 26, 2024. A total of three counselling rounds will be conducted. If seats remain vacant after these rounds, a special round will be held to fill those positions. Only candidates with a valid rank in TS EAMCET 2024 are eligible to participate in the Telangana EAMCET counselling process.

The EAMCET Seat Allotment will be based on candidates' ranks in the examination. Upon reporting to the participating colleges for TS EAMCET 2024, qualified candidates must pay the admission fee. Those who receive seat allotments through the "TS EAMCET 2024 counseling" must visit their respective colleges with all original documents. They are required to submit copies of necessary certificates and an Original Transfer Certificate during verification. All other original documents will be returned to the candidates after verification is complete.

TS EAMCET Counselling 2024

Registrations for the TS EAMCET counseling 2024 have commenced today, July 4th. Eligible candidates who qualified for the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TS EAPCET) can apply online at tappet.nic.in until July 12. The counseling process includes registration, filling out choices for colleges and courses, and seat allotment.

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has commenced the registration for "TS EAMCET 2024 counselling". The authorities have revised the counselling dates, which are available on the official website, tgeapcet.nic.in. The entire TS EAMCET 2024 counselling process is conducted online, consisting of approximately three regular counselling rounds and one special round.

"TS EAMCET Counselling 2024": The TSCHE has announced revised counselling dates for TS EAMCET 2024. Registration for TS EAMCET counselling 2024 has commenced July 4 at tgeapcet.nic.in. Interested candidates can find the updated "TS EAMCET counselling schedule" on this page. Only candidates who have qualified in the TS EAMCET exam are eligible to participate in the counselling process. The Telangana EAMCET counselling process includes registration, document verification, web option exercising, seat allotment, and reporting to the allotted institute. It is mandatory for candidates to complete TS EAMCET 2024 counselling registration to proceed with the admission process. TS EAMCET 2024 was conducted as a computer-based test from May 7 to 11, with the results announced on May 18, 2024.

Admissions to participating institutes of TS EAMCET 2024 will be determined by choice filling. Engineering colleges that accept TS EAMCET scores will allocate seats through centralized TS EAMCET 2024 counseling rounds. Step 6: Verification of Documents

After registration, visit the designated help centers with the required original documents for verification. The documents typically include:

  1. EAMCET Rank Card
  2. EAMCET Hall Ticket
  3. 10th and 12th standard Mark Sheets
  4. Transfer Certificate (TC)
  5. Category Certificate (if applicable)
  6. Income Certificate (if applicable)
  7. Residence Certificate
  8. Aadhaar Card
  9. Other relevant documents
Step 7: Exercising Web Options

After document verification, you will be provided with a unique login ID and password. Use this information to log in to the official website and exercise your web options. Choose the colleges and courses in the order of your preference.

Step 8: Seat Allotment

Based on your rank, category, and the availability of seats, the counseling authority will allot seats in the preferred colleges and courses. You will receive an SMS or email regarding the allotted seat.

Step 9: Payment of Tuition Fee and Reporting

Pay the prescribed tuition fee for the allotted seat through the online payment portal. After payment, download the allotment order and report to the allotted college within the specified time.

Step 10: Reporting at the Allotted College

Visit the allotted college with all the necessary documents, including the allotment order, fee payment receipt, and original certificates for verification. Complete the admission formalities as per the college guidelines.

Step 11: Sliding and Spot Admission (if applicable)

If you are not satisfied with the allotted seat, you can participate in the sliding process based on the availability of seats in the subsequent rounds. Additionally, spot admissions may be conducted for any leftover seats.

TS EAMCET 2024 consists of certificate verification, option exercise, allotment, etc.

  1. The TS EAMCET counselling process is managed by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education. It organizes separate counselling for MPC & BiPC streams
  2. The BiPC stream counselling is conducted for admission to the B.Pharmacy, Pharma.D & Bio-Technology courses. Candidates are called for the document verification round as per their rank.
  3. After completing the certificate verification process, candidates are eligible to fill the choices as per their preferences. Candidates have to pay the counselling fee before certificate verification process.
  4. The counselling fee is Rs. 1200 (For OC/BC) & Rs. 600 (For SC/ST). Candidates have to pay the fee through online mode from the official website.
  5. The fee can be paid only through online mode (credit card or debit card or through net banking) before the last date.

The counselling and seat allotment procedure is done on the basis of the merit and preference of the candidates.

  1. TS EAMCET Counselling begins with a candidate getting his/ her certificates verified at the designated Help Centers, which are allotted by TSSCHE.

Stage I Certificate Verification

Before participating in TS EAMCET web counselling, candidates must register for certificate verification session.

  1. Registration For TS EAMCET 2024, qualified candidates must report to any one of the Help Line Centers, according to the prescribed schedule, along with the TS EAMCET 2024 counselling fee.
  2. There will be a counselling fee of INR 1200 (For OC/BC) and INR 600 (For SC/ST). The counselling fee of TS EAMCET 2024 can be paid only through online mode via Debit card/ Credit card/ NetBanking.
  1. First, access the link regarding the information of TS EAMCET 2024 Counselling procedure.
  2. Click on the Candidates Registration
  3. Fill in the details as per required for registration such as Registration Number, Hall Ticket Number, Rank, Date of Birth as mentioned in the Certificate Verification.
  4. After filling the details, click on Generate Password. A new screen will then appear.
  5. Now, enter a password (having minimum 8 characters and maximum 10 with at least one Numeric/Character)
  6. Re-enter the Password. Also, enter the Mobile Number that will be provided at the time of verification.
  7. Click on Save Password to save it
  8. Click on Logout and go back to Homepage
Now, one can easily fill the choices with a Login ID and newly generated Password. Mentioned below are the steps to be followed in order to fill in the choices.
  1. Login using Login ID, Hall Ticket No., Password, Date of Birth and Captcha Code
  2. Click on Choice Filling Choice.
  3. Now, fill in the choices as per preferences. To make the options filled more secured, candidates will be sent an OTP on the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP number into the box provided on the page.

Note: Candidates must verify the Engineering Colleges and Course Codes while filling the options.

SLOT BOOKING FOR CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION:

  1. All categories (OC/EWS/BC/SC/ST/MINORITY) candidates, Book your Slot (Selection of Help Line Center, Date & Time) to attend Certificate Verification at your nearest or convenient Help Line Center (HLC) mentioned in Annexure-I within the scheduled dates and attend for the Certificate Verification accordingly. Without payment of Processing Fee and Slot Booking, the candidate is not permitted to attend for Certificate Verification. The candidate shall be permitted to attend for Certificate Verification at the Help Line Center (HLC) on the date and time of slot booked only, as per the schedule.
  2. Special category candidates i.e., (NCC) National Cadet Corps / (PHC) Physically Challenged / (CAP) Children of Armed Forces Personnel / Sports (SG)/ Anglo-Indian need to book Slot duly selecting the Help Line Center of GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNIC, MASAB TANK, HYDERABAD to attend for Certificate Verification for given date and time slots as mentioned in Annexure-I, other certificates of these candidate will also be verified on the dates mentioned along with Special Reservation category Certificates.

  1. The next step after registration is the verification of the certificates.
  2. Candidates need to submit their certificates and registration-cum-verification-form to the verification officer.
  3. All candidates are advised to verify all the details printed on receipt of certificates and affix the Signature and collect the same from the Chief Verification Officer.

Stage II Choice Filling Locking Choice Seat Allotment

  1. Candidates have to fill the choice of their courses/colleges according to their preferences after the document verification process is over.
  2. To proceed further, candidates will have to enter their choices online by visiting the official website and logging into their account.
  3. The candidates will have to submit their registration number, hall ticket number, rank and date of birth.
  4. A new password has to be created by the candidates.
  5. The candidates will be required to login again by submitting their ID number, hall ticket number, password and date of birth.
  6. An OTP will be sent to the candidates. After submitting the OTP. the list of available institutes and courses will be displayed on the screen.
  7. Candidates will have to select their preferred choice of courses and institutes. Any number of courses can be selected.
  8. Modification of choices can be done before the locking is done. No changes can be done once the choices are locked.

TS EAMCET Seat Allotment 2024

  1. The allotment of the seats will be done by the admission authority of TS EAMCET 2024 on the basis of candidate's category, merit gender, local area, and special reservation category, etc.
  2. For seat allotment purposes, candidates will have to download their allotment by logging into their account.
  3. In case the candidate is satisfied with their allotted seat then they will have to confirm their admission by self reporting and then reporting to their respective institute.
  4. Candidates who self report but fail to report at the allotted institute will be disqualified but will be allowed to participate in the next rounds of counselling.
  5. However, those candidates who fail to do both will not be allowed to participate in any further round of counselling.

Reporting at the Allotted Centre

  1. Seats are allocated based on a number of factors including applicant's merit, category, sex, local area, special reservation category and more.
  2. The list of the allotted applicants will be available in online mode, access the allotment letter by logging in on the official site.
  3. After the seat allotment procedure is over, qualified candidates will have to report to the allotted center for seat confirmation.
  4. It must be noted that if any candidate fails to report at the allotted center, then his/her seat will be cancelled and he/she will have no claim for further allotment of seats.
