TSEdCET Counselling 2024:
The exam conducting authority, Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda, will organize the TSEdCET counselling after the results are declared. Candidates who qualify in the TSEdCET 2024 will need to register for the counselling process. This can be done by visiting the official website and applying using their credentials, such as the hall ticket number and rank.
The deadline for TSEdCET counselling 2024 registration will be announced by the exam authorities. The counselling will be conducted online. After registration, a list of registered candidates will be displayed, and the TS EdCET Provisional Merit List will be released. Once counselling for all phases is completed, students will be allotted colleges based on their preferences and merit.
TS Edcet 2024 Counselling Process:
Following steps are involved in the TS Edcet 2024 counselling process:
- Candidates have to register on the website for the web based counselling.
- Candidates are allowed to attend the counselling on the basis of their rank in the merit list.
- The counselling dates will be as per the ranks obtained by the candidates.
- Candidates have to select the college/stream according to their ranks and verify their documents online.
- After the verification process, candidates need to pay the counselling fee and get the receipt.
- The registration numbers (user Id) and password will be provided to the candidates for taking part in web counselling.
Registration, Processing Fees, and Certificate Verification
To register for TS EDCET 2024 counselling, applicants need to create a login and pay the processing fee. Those who pass the exam can participate in the TS EDCET web counselling session on the designated date from any location with an internet connection, such as a helpline centre or their home. Before selecting their web options, candidates must visit a helpline centre with all necessary documents.
Applicants are required to visit the helpdesk center for registration and document verification. A non-refundable processing fee of Rs 800 is applicable for all applicants, with a reduced fee of Rs 500 for SC/ST aspirants. Payment must be made online using credit cards, debit cards, or internet banking, payable to the 'Secretary, TSCHE', Masab Tank, Hyderabad.
After verification, candidates can collect their certificates at the counter. They should carefully examine the receipt for any discrepancies and have them corrected as soon as possible.
Following the release of the first list, candidates must apply for the TS EDCET counselling 2024 process. Students whose names appear on the list must pay the TS EDCET counselling fee to be eligible for the seat assignment process. Failure to pay the fee within the deadline may result in losing the assigned seat and the admission opportunity.
The TS EDCET Counselling 2024 fees can be paid online via RTGS/NEFT or through any other approved online payment method, and must be submitted by the deadline. The TS EDCET registration portal will provide access to the payment gateway. Applicants who do not pay the TS EDCET counselling fee will be disqualified from receiving a seat.
Web Options
Thereafter, candidates can start giving their web options for colleges. For the same, candidates first need to log in on the official website of TSEdCET using their hall ticket number, date of birth, and rank. Once web options are provided by candidates, these web options are processed on a notified date and candidates are communicated about their seat allotment through SMS.
Candidates who are allotted seats can then download and print their provisional allotment letter and report at the respective college. If seats are vacant, a second round of TS EdCET 2024 counselling will be conducted by the varsity.
