Ircon Infrastructure & Services Limited was incorporated on 30th September 2009. It is wholly owned subsidiary of IRCOM International Limited, under the Ministry of Railway, Government of India.The main function of Company is to undertake infrastructure project of construction work on, Build Operate Transfer (BOT), Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT), Build Lease Transfer (BLT), etc. The Company also carry out the process of Planning, Designing, Development, Improvement, Commissioning, Operation, Maintenance, etc. In the field of Construction of Infrastructure of Multi Functional Complexes (MFCs).
